to design and lead their collective offerings with skill and presence, and more of themselves.
Most of us were never taught how to recognize when power is being misused in facilitated spaces. But we can feel it. The narcissist leader. The nice-girl teacher who acts more like a bully in one-on-one conversations. The subject matter expert who drives right through a participant's request in the moment.
Expertise and authority alone have never been enough to deliver quality, relational work that lands and keeps everyone's dignity intact. And yet truly relational, authentic spaces that feel a little safer and a little more alive feel rare.
People will remember how you made them feel, at times more vividly than the content itself. The way you deliver matters just as much as what you deliver. And without guidance, it's very easy to replicate the very patterns you are trying to avoid.
I'm here to help you lead your people well, so the work lands, they feel met, and you go home whole.
Everything I do is rooted in relationship, so let’s start with a no-obligation 30-min exploration call.
You might come to me when:
You have a purpose but no process - you know something needs to happen, but not how to get there.
You have a group coming together and want help shaping the arc, activities, questions, and flow.
You’re bringing different people, perspectives, or interests together and need a process that holds complexity without flattening difference.
Something needs to be created, decided, explored, or changed, and requires more than a single conversation.
You are embarking on a longer organizational or community process and need help connecting the pieces.
You have a plan, process, or agenda built and want another perspective, feedback, or ideas to strengthen it.
Processes I've designed or co-designed include:
Three-day multi-stakeholder conferences bringing diverse perspectives into a shared space.
Federal Government to Indigenous Government strategy sessions where high stakes relationship, context, purpose, and direction may not allign.
Interactive workshops where teams create something new, explore possibilities, or find a way forward.
Multi-month organizational processes for defining new programs, developing systems, and bringing ideas into practice.
Community gatherings that remember and mark the Celtic Wheel of the Year through seasonal celebration, creative performance, and collective reflection.
Intimate rituals marking transition, change, or celebration
Workshop & retreat design from overall arc and sequence to the individual questions, inputs, activities, and transitions.
