Facilitation Services
Holding space for people to navigate what unfolds.
Sometimes the shape is clear: a program, class, or workshop already exists and needs someone to lead it. Sometimes all that exists is a group, a purpose, and a process still finding its shape.
Either way, I bring structure without over-structuring, knowing when to guide, when to listen, and when to pause long enough for something else to emerge. I can lead what’s already been created, co-create the process with you, or hold the space so you can be fully inside it too.
Everything I do is rooted in relationship, so let’s start with a no-obligation 30 min exploration call
I offer:
A trauma-informed and attachment-oriented approach, grounded in choice, voice, agency, and consent.
A style that balances structure with responsiveness, leaving room for emergence, improvisation, and group needs in the moment.
A relational practice that pays attention to patterns, dynamics, connection, and what is happening between people.
An orientation to somatic embodiment that welcomes and listens to what is being felt, sensed, and expressed through the body.
Transpersonal practices that make room for the more-than-human, nature, place, and the contexts that inform, impact and nourish.
Careful attention to power, context, difference, and the perspectives that can be easily missed or left at the edges.
Recognition of complicated relational patterns without making the person the problem.
Collapse-awareness, knowing modernity brings uncertainty, disruption, and destabilization which will likely enter the room.
Capacity to adjust to the context, people, purpose, and culture (from corporate and community settings to nature connection, playful exploration, and sacred ritual).
Skilful container design that is purposeful, bounded, and responsive to what is possible given the elements of time, people. resources and commitment
An ability to stay present with paradox, tension, disagreement, and the unknown without rushing to resolve, fix, or placate.

“Your expertise, warmth, and sharing were so much appreciated in helping neighbours feel more confident, connected, and supported. You’ve helped spark something meaningful in our community, and we’re hopeful we can carry forward what you started—continuing to build relationships, share knowledge, and looking out for one another.”

“Robin’s ability to clear through the noise and get to the heart of what was needed was instrumental in finding our way forward. Her playfulness and laughter kept our spirits up, while her empathy and deep capacity held the space when people felt vulnerable.”

“Co-facilitating along side Robin is always fun and warm. I can feel her steadiness, her passion and her dedication to the work. She creates a container where we have each others backs while also attuning to the needs of the participants.”
