Below is some of my formal education, training and influential courses/workshops, all offered for transparency sake.

Sadly, there are items and name I have missed, and lost track of.

There are also hundreds of community-based and lay practitioners, beings, experiences and encounters that have shaped, taught, re-directed and awakened me who are not listed here. I believe in countless ways of knowing, none are better or more valuable than other.

I hold real privilege that makes this depth of ongoing learning possible: whiteness, an able body, an upper-middle-class start. Naming that here is not intended as a flex, it's context.
